Enterprise

Designed for organisations requiring enterprise-wide deployment without per-user licensing. Enterprise provides access to all ZedX applications with unlimited users. Organisations select the applications they require, with usage levels defined for each application - for example, by the number of projects, workstreams or other application-specific units. The platform can be deployed within the customer's own cloud or infrastructure, providing enterprise control while allowing organisations to pay for the capabilities they actually require. Corporate

Designed for businesses that need the breadth of the ZedX platform without managing their own infrastructure. Corporate provides access to all ZedX applications hosted within the ZedX cloud, with organisations selecting the applications they require. Pricing combines application usage with the number of users, helping keep per-user costs low while providing access to a much broader range of business capabilities. All applications available. Group

Designed for independent teams and groups that want to use selected ZedX applications without requiring a wider corporate deployment. Group is licensed per user and provides access to a relevant subset of applications, currently including Cloe AI, Agile Sprints and Group WorkStreams. It is ideally suited to groups of 1-50 users. Larger teams or organisations with broader requirements may benefit from moving to Corporate or Enterprise. Simple per-user pricing for teams that want to work together.

Professional

Designed for professionals and small to medium-sized businesses that want structured tools without the complexity of an enterprise implementation. Professional is licensed per user and provides access to a selected range of applications, currently including Cloe AI, Agile Sprints and Group WorkStreams, pre-configured for straightforward use by smaller businesses. It is ideally suited to 1-50 users, with Corporate providing a natural next step as the organisation and its requirements grow. Professional business tools without enterprise complexity.

ZedX isn't only for organisations. Home Edition provides individuals with low-cost access to selected ZedX applications, currently including Cloe AI and Group WorkStreams, for organising personal projects, activities and everyday work. Users can invite friends and family to work with them, making it easy to coordinate shared activities without the features or costs required by business editions.
